Got an appointment to have an alignment and tire balance done. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by Kevin and the work commenced forthwith. At completion, Bruce not only left a clear voice message, but called again a couple hours later because I hadn’t responded. This is the second time I’ve handed over my truck to them for maintenance and they’ve always done a great job & clearly answered any questions I’ve posed. Great work gents.

On a road trip to Laramie. Flat tire on our trailer. They jumped right in and got it fixed within 15 minutes. Great customer service! Highly recommend
Terrible customer service. Submitted a service request and didn’t hear back. Kevin says he tried to respond to request but I have no missed calls from him. He gave a poor excuse having all necessary information to follow up. When I did call and speak with these people I was told it would be 5 days before i could get my vehicle in contrary to my service request. I would avoid this establishment. Wish I could give zero stars
Dear Ryan, I am sorry this happened but our store doesnt do on line scheduling because of our limited shop space our schedule is out a week to 10 days .I do not know why is said we had a slot open on the web but I will find out and address it accordingly
